Jila Senemar MD

Dr. Jila Senemar spent 25 years in traditional practice before launching a membership-based private practice focused on more personalized, comprehensive care for women across every stage of adulthood. She is one of the first longevity-certified female physicians in Miami and a member of the LongevityDocs community. She is known for combining deep clinical experience with a strong commitment to education, seeing patients in a high-touch setting while also expanding her impact through podcasting, public speaking, community events, and digital content.

She is the founder of Empower, an annual women’s health conference that brings together 20–30 experts and hundreds of attendees, and she is also building Second Bloom Health, a long-form educational platform designed to make trusted women’s health information more accessible.

With a forthcoming book and a growing voice in the women’s health space, Dr. Senemar stands out as a physician-educator dedicated to improving how women are heard, informed, and cared for.
